    How early should I arrive before my flight?

    You must arrive 1 hour prior to your selected flight time.

    What ID is required?

    Please carry a valid ID or passport for identification at the venue.

    What happens if I’m late or miss my time slot?

    Failure to report on time will be treated as a NO Show. No rescheduling or refund will be provided.

    Are there any restrictions for pregnant women?

    Yes, pregnant women are not allowed to participate in this activity.

    What is the minimum age requirement?

    Participants must be 7 years old or above.

    Can minors fly alone?

    No. Flyers under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

    Are there any weight and height limits?

    Yes: If under 1.8 meters tall, weight must not exceed 120 kg. If 1.8 meters or taller, weight must not exceed 140 kg.

    Can I fly under the influence of alcohol or drugs?

    No. Participants under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs are not permitted.

    Are there health restrictions?

    Yes. Guests with shoulder dislocations, or a history of back or neck injuries, are not allowed to participate.

    Is transportation provided?

    Yes, transfers are available from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm only from: Geylang Lor 1–22 Little India Orchard Tanjong Pagar Chinatown Village Hotel Bugis

    What is the waiting time policy for transfers?
