    What is included in the Play DXB Pass?

    The pass grants single access to each ride or attraction (no repetition). It's valid for one person and only for the same day of booking.

    Do I need ID to enter Play DXB?

    Yes, you must carry a valid Passport or Emirates ID for entry.

    What are the timing details?

    Guests must arrive 10 to 30 minutes before their scheduled time. Last entry is at 10:00 PM.

    Are there any additional fees?

    Yes, a Digital Gate Card fee of AED 5 is charged at Play DXB. This is non-negotiable.

    Are there any height or age restrictions?

    Yes: Adults: Must be over 120 cm tall. Children: Must be under 120 cm tall. Standard height, age, and weight rules apply to each ride or attraction.

    Can children enter alone?

    No. Children must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Solo entry for children is not allowed due to safety concerns.

    Is transportation provided?

    Pick-up is available only from Dubai hotels/residences. Sharing transfers are available only from Deira and Bur Dubai. Pick-up/drop-off times may vary by 30–60 minutes due to traffic.

    Can I eat or drink in the transfer vehicle?

    No. Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in any vehicle offering transfer services.
