    What happens if I miss the pick-up time?

    Failure to report on time will be considered a NO Show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

    Are vehicle images exact?

    No, the images used are for representation purposes only, and actual vehicles may vary.

    Where do I meet the driver at the cruise port?

    After collecting your luggage, call the driver and proceed to Coach Parking Pillar No. C4. The driver will arrive within 15–20 minutes.

    Which locations are eligible for pick-up?

    Transfers are available only from: Geylang Lor 1–22 Little India Orchard Tanjong Pagar Chinatown Village Hotel Bugis

    What is the waiting time policy?

    Private Transfers: 15 minutes (Note: Though "Sharing Transfers" are listed with a 5-minute policy, only private transfers are applicable for cruise pick-ups.)
